Friendly fire issues in the news again (Caution --Video link included), page 1

I wouldn't favor punishment normally but it appears that these pilots were not following the rules of engagement. I wonder how they are going to be punished if at all? This should be published and followed to the end so it doesn't happen again rather than covered up....

Gotta follow the rules when you do anything. But lives are on the line when these people go up and do their job. It goes without saying that they shouldn't have waited until their first shots were out to clear up if they were firing at friendlies.
