I've just watched a video on UK TV of a A-10 Pilot diving onto a friendly position and shooting at it.
People - Allies of the US we killed in that incident.
And yet the US adminstration DENIED that the evidence existed and only supplied it to the UK Ministry of Defence in the UK, and REFUSES to declassify
it, even for a coroners inquest into the death of the soldier that was killed.
Is that any way to treat an ally? Really?
Coroner to show cockpit video
IT DOES NOT MATTER that the video might be released now. The damn thing should have been made public before now. The responsibility is to the family
of the soldier killed to understand how their son died, and for the proper authorities to look at the incident and deal with it appropriately,
including prosecutions as need be.
This whole incident is disgraceful
