I have been trailing for a job as a PC repair tech.
I had to troubleshoot a wireless home network which was having problems connecting to the Net and connectivity issues. I fixed the connectivity issues
and the users had determined that a new modem was needed. The client installed the modem and I went around again I rang there ISP and explained that I
needed some info to fill in TCP/IP properties and that the network used a WAP.
The help desk operator put me on hold after that .............
I spend over an hour and a half on hold and I still don't have the info needed !
Now Im going back with my boss to the clients place tomorrow.
