I agree, tsolan, you're basing a lot on his past. I'm sure if you wanted to do something important, you sure as heck wouldn't want people prying into your past to keep you down.

1. It will be a "democrat" in '08

2. It doesnt matter if it's a DNC or a GOP they both have the same
agenda!

I like to think of a triangle, on the one side is the DNC on the other
is the GOP but at the top they are both the same.

We need to totally reinvent our government before it reinvents us!!

It is unfortunate that we aren't given the choice.

If hillary wins then think...

~4 years of Bush 1

~8 years of Clinton

~8 years of Bush 2

~(Possibly) 4? years of Clinton 2

As it is for the last TWENTY YEARS only TWO (2) families have been in
charge of this country *2*

If thats a democracy then I'll take Fascism..

Oh wait!! We are already there!!!!!!!!!

Good point
We are lead to believe that we make a difference and that is why we line up and vote . . . but the truth is that is nothing but hope of making a difference . . . the fate of our country is already written by the elite in power. . .

I am one of those "primary-voting Republicans" and I am most definately a " conservative, religious Republican" and if Rudy runs I will most definately vote for him. He is a good man with great leadership skills.

That is not the real quote but as I said It was similar to that.

COMMUNIST PARTY USA. I’d like to end with some of the stated goals of the Communist Party USA. Once again, the Communist and the Democrats are virtually impossible to tell apart: *Raise the minimum wage to $12 an hour. *No privatization of Social Security. Increase benefits. *Universal health care system. *Restore social safety net. Welfare reform that includes job training, supports and living wages. *Full funding for equal, quality, bi-lingual public education. No vouchers. *Repeal tax cuts to the rich and corporations. *Strong regulation of financial industry. *Prosecute corporate polluters. Public works program to clean our air, water and land. *Aid to cities and states. Federally funded infrastructure repair and social service programs. *No to war with Iraq - End military interventions. *Cut military budget and fund human needs. *End racial profiling. *Repeal the death penalty. *Enforce civil rights laws and affirmative action. *Repeal USA Patriot Act. *Legalization and protection of immigrant’s rights. www.cpusa.org...

I won’t bore you with a lot of unsolicited commentary about what I’ve just posted. However, I will say that I am literally astounded at how the Democrats mirror the Socialist on every single issue that comes to mind. This further enforces why we must eliminate the current agenda of the Democratic Party. Let us return to debating reasonable things with reasonable people - and not debating on issues that decide whether or not America and freedom will even continue to exist.

Are you there yet??

Alien Chaser, if Hillary Clinton did say those things, Oreilly, Anne Coulter, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, etc. will attack it nonstop.

So I am suspicious if she really did say that.

Yes MARG

That one you posted was Bush 2 (he has tons of them). I am not
trying to bash either the DNC or the GOP, I said earlier that they really are
just two names for the same party and I could bash any candidate the
same It was more of an example in general. Not trying to specifically
single out Hillary. I just dont want to live in a Bush/Clinton dynasty.

Remember the triangle

That's all out in the open. Giuliani isn't hiding it and so there is nothing to 'let slip".

I remember I guess they all have very nice quotes to come alone and leave behind in their legacies.

As long ans he put his cards on the table and be as humble as he can be with his life he would make it, people tend to be very understanding as long as is not some littler secret.

Plus his brush with Cancer also will attract sympathies.

Lest put it this way, he survived his marriages and women's problems, he survived 9/11 and the mess in NY, he survived cancer, he is a winner.

I care because I don't want a global NEO-CON in office the above poster made a great point about the political families in power in this country and I'm going to take it one step further! I do not want a Republican or Democrat in power. They have done NOTHING but war and higher taxes. Now if you get all pissy for putting jack@$$es into power thats your problem. But if I have to spend my own time digging up crap to keep these two train wrecks from being in power then so be it. Giuliani is a member of a party with bad ideas and Clinton is a member with no ideas. But the fact the the conservatives and Republicans get all bent outta shape when someone turns the tables of what they stand for against them shows that they are just as bad as the other party and once again makes both party's the SAME no difference.

I don't think there is any evidence that he is a neo-conservative.

It is basically offishal now.

It's unofficially official. Rudy Giuliani says his statement of candidacy filed with the Federal Election Commission is as close as you're going to get to an official announcement that he's running for the Republican nomination.

In the last 10 days, "America's Mayor" has flown to two of the key primary states, New Hampshire and South Carolina. Now he's filed the legal paperwork so he can continue to build a campaign.

On Fox's "Hannity and Colmes," Giuliani said, "it's a little…it's very humbling to think that running for president of the United States is for a kid from Brooklyn. It's quite a step."

More than just a kid from Brooklyn, Giuliani's
abc news

If it means anything I do kind of like Giuliani. I think I just might be able to cast a vote for him. But what it comes down to more then anything else, I would prefer him over any of the others that I have heard of.

Do you think Clinton have evidence that they are neo-conservatives? The Clintons says they are against Bush policies but the facts show otherwises. Giuliani was the mayor of New York during 9/11. He surely covered some things, he's not innocent. He also went to the CFR a lot of times, and he's running for republican. He IS a neo-con. The CFR are the ones who engineered 9/11, they are heavily connected to Bilderberg, they engineered the Iraq war, the Afghan war, and the Iran war if it's coming. They also engineered the North American Union and the European Union.

This is a bad candidate, and he's a Clinton/Bush-like. His relations show so.

There is a power switch between Democrats and Republicans every ten years or so. About every decade one party will have the presidency. Reagan went to Bush, Bush Sr. rating went down half way through and Clinton became the next president. Clinton finished off the decade and Bush Jr. came in. Bush Jr. rating went down so now a democrat will come into power.

And round and round the circle we go.

Those connections, without more, are too attenuated to prove substantiative links. Have the Clinton's done anything to show that they have neo-conservative tendencies? Has he expressed any policy positions similar to avowed neo-conservatives? I am asking for particularized facts. I am certainly willing to listen.
