Firefighters free trapped worker in Hollywood, now will they deport him?

Topic started on 5-2-2007 @ 01:07 PM by Low Orbit

There was breaking news today of a "worker" getting trapped in a ditch in Hollywood. My guess is 50/50 but I think he is probably an illegal. If he turns out to be an illegal will he be deported back to Mexico since his identity has been discovered?
I'm trying to find a link to the story but I can't find anything, if anyone can find a link for me that be a huge help, it has been reported all morning of Fox News and CNN.

Since there have been no stories that I can find online about this I have concluded that the "worker" is doing great, probably recovering in a LA hospital at the US' expense. Of course he was an illegal and of course they won't send him back.

Only in America, can something like this happen.

"Thank you for saving me!"

"You're welcome! Now get on this bus so we can ship you back to Mexico"

You're guessing that he's an illegal alien?

The firefighter's job isn't to check birth certificates and passports. They wouldn't know if he is illegal or not, nor should they care.
