Supposing many of you blasted messages to the aliens of the ones posted here, they would have every reason to believe that we are unintelligent beings.

That brings us to the aliens' agenda. First comes peace messages to the aliens, then our display of human intelligence, for example like the E=mc2, then our willingness to make peaceful contact. With the type of stealth technology they posses with their aircraft, who knows if they'll attack places once they find we are communicating unintelligent messages.

We have to show our understanding of technology, display messages of saucer aircraft, images of nuclear weapons, images of satellites, then a peaceful human face with a different alien picture alonside it holding hands. That way, they don't come down and blast us all with thier lazers, hoping to take humans as guinea pigs forever.

I would tell them that i am the leader of the world

ok then how about this. If we found a new way to send signals that would definatly reach another race, who do you think should be the person to send the first message to them. Bush,Blair, Mandela, for example. Who would you chose to be the spokes person for the earth and what do you think they should say?
Do you think the speeches have already been written for when the time of first contact happens?

I would ask them if the Government knows about them already.

I'd tell them that humanity is and always has been enslaved in one manner or other and as such we have grown accustomed to this arrangement.

If you come we will welcome you with open arms but you must be better than our present masters and at least offer better programs on the TV!
