The answer is no. These guys have planned way ahead, just looking for something to raise the prices and keep them there. When the last time the gas prices were this high? Reagan. Everytime theres a Republican President who has control of the Congress the prices go insane.

It's quite disgusting and I hate how the Oil Lobbyists will continue to get their way from weak and gullible elected officials.
