What do i need to do to get the picture to show up next to my name? Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions. please

Or, can you put up the URL of the image you're trying to use? If it's too large it won't work.

Something must be wrong with the picture size or something. Its not to big. Question, if its too big length wise would it cut part off or just not load it.
