For those that say, man should do something should read this news piece. it puts into plain language how asking man to change his ways, is just a waste of time, whether man is responsible for these conditions at the present time or not.

news.bbc.co.uk
Current UK green tax plans are unlikely to curb the growth in greenhouse gas emissions from travel, a study says.
High-income groups, whose emissions were twice the national average, would absorb any price increase rather than change their travel habits, it said.

people are just not willing to change, for any amount of bad news the scientists put at them. whether you believe in global warming or not, you can see man does not want to know.

you can see from that report that the way they put in measures to deal with emissions, is irrelevent to the higher earners in society. society just does not want to know, and the highest earners, have global warming very low on there priorities.

The tax will do nothing. The sun is warming the planet, we can't do anything about it. We should stop to poison the earth and air, but a tax will do nothing. The government should take his ``secret`` technologies, anti-gravity stuff, electric stuff, airpowered stuff and create cars with those technologies. The electric car was invented before the oil powered car... So get this out, but they won't do it for money and it would crash the economy. But who cares about the economy aside from big corporations? You can rebuild an economy, you can't rebuild an eco-system.
