I think they (the other cities) took the situation as seriously as it needed to be taken. They realized it wasn't a threat and responded as the situation warranted.

Obviously hindsight is always 20/20, but I still don't see how anyone could mistake these devices for bombs.

One moment in time~

"Someone mentioned that this will go nowhere b/c Turner has the best lawyers that money can buy. They wish. And if they can afford high-powered mouthpieces, why not spend a few bucks on advertising the right way - thru TV time or billboards." -JSOBECKY

Once again wrong as usual. That case was over in less than 4 days.
Check and Mate.

Thanks for playing.

Is this the other shoe dropping?

Now police say the people who were arrested had videotaped police removing the devices, yet never said anything to police about what they were.

It sounds to me like that goes at least some way towards proving intend to cause disruption and a step closer to making the "hoax device" charge stand.

It doesn't do anything to prove they attempted to disrupt order. It only shows that after the fact, they saw that the police didn't want them up, and accepted it as such. Just because they didn't step forward and admit they put them up does not mean they intended them to look like terrorist devices.

Look at the original claims. The Stanford lawyers were going to drag this through the courts for YEARS in order to make money.

We shall see. Public sentiment may be at an all time high right now but wait until these hardcore Stanford graduates get done with the city of Boston. It will be years from now before they're finished dragging this case through court. That's what the system and the judges (lawyers) want in the first place. They want money, and lots of it, pushed their way.

You lose, because of poor reading comprehension. Please try to keep up.

What's that spell? D-U-H!

Bam!

You didn't say that. So again you lose. Looselips said that. NOT you.
Thanks for playing though and keep being xenophobic paranoid nationalist that you so often display. DUH? What are you 12 years old? Mad Weak

It's a wrap. Thanks for playing though. You get a golf clap.
As usual you act like a little child because someone disagrees with you. But that's normal for you,JSOBecky. See all your threads on this board when someone challenges you intelligently. When you backed into a corner that's what you resort to. It's all about projection when you got nothing else, project and whine. That's what you are best at.
