banks owning your body by your birth certificate (jordan maxwell)

ive heard jordan maxwell say that the powers that be, own our bodies thru our birth certificates. that the main bank in zurich, switzerland owned us by our birth certifs at one time and if you can get the documented copy of your birth cert. the banks have, there will be a list of all the banks that have owned your body (thru ur birth cert.) throughout your life....

anyboby have any further info on this or anything to do with us being born under international admiral law instead of civil (law of the land) law..

i vaguely remember hearing something about checking your birth certificate/passport to see if your name appears in CAPITALS or not.

depending on which appeared meant whether you were 'owned' or a 'free' person, but that was a long time ago i heard that - can't remember where i heard it so i hope that helps.

just this past year, I needed to get a new copy of my Birth Certificate and
no name in CAPS, and no other "funny" info on it... seemed pretty normal to me.
