what is the most popular cheese in the world? answers on a postcard please re: nice cheese!

I'd have to say it's likely Mozzarella cheese...(all those pizzas)

My personal favorites though, are Gouda or Edam, on Table Water Crackers..... Mmmm....that's good stuff...though it's some damned pricey cheese....

Swiss for best melting and versatility.
Feta for best traditional, non-melting and versatility.

My favorite as to be mozzarella too.

But I rarely eat cheeze now. Since I cutted all dairy products out of my alimentation, I usually get head ache when I eat cheeze. Must be because it's so good for us...probably...

I don't like cheese. Motzarella if I had to pick one .

I think provolone is the best. It has a gentle bite on a pizza. Of course pile on the moz too!! Try some provolone next time you make a pizza.
