Hello, just wanted all of you to see this 3 minute video, it's well done and even though it doesn't show anything too insane I was impressed with the delta winged aircraft at about 80% completion of the movie, it happens after the drones landing on the aircraft carrier and before the rockets launching. The aircraft was delta-winged and was painted Black. It looked more like a SR-71 than the B2, could this be the elusive Aurora? Or one version of it? If anyone has any info on this aircraft please post.

Here is a link to the video, however it doesn't go straight to the video.(video is in second column 3/4 of the way down)

I think its one of Northrops design proposals for a new USAF Long Range Strike aircraft.

Thats interesting, however it looked like it was animated and not a real aircraft. it also looked more like a commercial for Northrop Grumman.

Good find though.

Edit: to remove bad link

Good call Gfad, could it be the B3 Bomber then,

officersclub.blogspot.com...

Here is one link to it and the aircraft look identical. Take a look. Even if this is the B3 Bomber could this still be the Aurora as well?

This is definately a commercial for Northrop Grumman and the plane is most likely computer generated however, besides for the B3 I think everything else in the video has already been released to the public? Why wouldn't there be a B3 Bomber there does seem to be a need for a new supersonic bomber?

Wrong, the X-47B's are on the carrier about 20 seconds before there is a Black Aircraft with windows on the front it isnt an air intake.

Here is how the aircraft looks
www.globalsecurity.org...
not the x-47B,
www.defenseindustrydaily.com...

Take another look SWAT.

Thanks Sat, she is a beautiful bird. So will this be the b3 bomber or not?

Thanks for your wise words puh, take a look at these vids, do they look photoshopped? There are three of them for you.

www.northropgrumman.com...

Back to the subject at hand, has anyone heard any news about a b3 bomber program and could this be one of our current "black projects?"

Hi,

Nice video Low Orbit thanks for sharing, but the correct link is www.space.com... (wait a minute, after the advertising and it starts). After the X-47B the plane “Aurora” appears, around 75% of the film length.

Great references, satcom.

Just to complement the information about Aurora ( en.wikipedia.org... ) , there is a good (old but very good reference) online book at www.aeronautics.ru... .

More information about some of the planes already discussed or of the same type:
