I watched this whole show on television, and found it to be the most amazing piece done on martial arts and fighting strength in a long long time, so
I decided to grab the best part of it and give you guy an example of it..
So you an all see that this is NO bull... People can hard-body train and perfect their limbs to be stronger than steel or stone.
