Here are some pictures of a strange place in Northern New Mexico. I was driving and my wife took them. It was about 15-20 miles east of Tucumcari. It was high fenced and just had that Govt. feel about it.

If I were to fathom just a guess, I would have to say some sort of mining operation. Those individual little hill like things look like piles of sand. just my two cents.
