Where is this recording from? There are no sources (unless I'm blind) that I can see. I did listen to the recording and can't make out much.

The source is an email from someone who claims to know a soon to retire US marshall. Well if you are taking that as true then i should mention i have an email from someone who claims to have met reptillian aliens after being transported to the moon by the greys for a picnic.

Seriously, this isn't exactly a good source. It isn't even an ok source.
