He debates with a congressman this issue and uses political speak to justify unlawful imprisonment of people in Gitmo. Saying there is no express right to Habeas Corpus but only that you can't take it away unless there is a rebellion or civil unrest <--- say what ? you can't use it but you can't take it away ? what a total lying peice of #$%^

I say this is scarey interpretation of the Constituion by the Bush Junta and I suspect its going to get worse.
