North Korea Helping Iran with Nuclear Test

North Korea is helping Iran to prepare an underground nuclear test similar to the one carried out by Pyongyang last October.

Citing an unnamed senior European defence official, the UK Daily Telegraph said that North Korea has agreed to share all the data it received from the test last year as both countries face Western pressures over the development of their own nuclear programmes.

This could be anyone. And there is no statement of how this person even knows what he is saying. ANd why are they remaining unamed? No one can reasonably be expected to beleive this sort of information from an anonymous source.

An author isn't even cited, so we can't tell if the person reporting this is even reliable. All it seems to say is that its from the AFP.
