A flat roughly the size of a snooker table has gone on sale for £170,000 in London's upmarket Chelsea.
The former janitor's storeroom measures 11ft by 7ft and has a cupboard place for a shower and kitchenette area.

I pity the fool that puts down that kind of money for a room smaller than my bathroom.

How are you going to have a couple of mates over in a place so small ?
Just a fridge and stove will take up most of you space.

That is awfull.
Not too long ago (maybe 3 yrs ago) they were giving away houses in Manchester for £1.00 but only if you had £250.000 for the renovations.
But this is just extortion, £170.000 plus £30.000 for renovation.
I hope the buyer is happy with the place...
