A new videotape message by al Qaeda's No. 2, Ayman al Zawahri, in which he reacts to Bush's plan to send more troops to Iraq, has been distributed for release on the Internet.

"So I ask him, why send 20,000 only? Why not send 50,000 or 100,000? Aren't you aware that the dogs of Iraq are pining for your troops' dead bodies?" says Zawahri, speaking in Arabic.

"If you continue with the policy of Bush and his gang, you will never even dream of peace," he continues.

Watch al Zawahri's Videotape Message.

The 14-minute tape, entitled "The Correct Equation," shows Zawahri wearing a black robe and white turban, sitting against a black background and contains English sub-titles.

The tape was first discovered by Arabic language specialist Laura Mansfield, who believes the release of the tape is timed to coincide with Pres. Bush's State of the Union address tomorrow and directed to an American audience.

Zawahri also calls for the release of al Qaeda prisoners held in American jails, including the Blind Sheikh, Omar Abdel-Rahman.

Looks like Al Qaeda wants to make sure they succeed in Iraq and counter the new plan in Iraq that is being implemented now. Not to mention the release of some people like Omar Abdel Rahman. Think if we release him, Al Qaeda would stop its attacks? Hardly.

If it coincides with Bush's speech how does this lady have it first? Is she holding it for release so it hits the internet at a certain time? Is she the only person that has such a video? what the hell is up with this?

Well...were is it then? Am I out of the loop as in she found it but won't say where?

EDIT:
I know you can stumble upon something on the internet but there is always a link or direct address where such objects are found. That is what I am trying to get at.

Heres something for you...

Zawahri's comments were published on the Web site of the U.S.-based SITE institute, www.siteinstitute.org, which searches and analyses militant networks. It said the video was broadcast on al Qaeda's multimedia arm as-Sahab, which it monitors.

Abu Omar, speaking on the condition that only his nickname be used, said he soon went to one of the Internet cafes he frequents in Amman and began distributing the latest video by Al Qaeda, alerting friends and occasionally adding commentary.

“We are the energy behind the path to jihad,” Abu Omar said proudly. “Just like the jihadis reached their target on Sept. 11, we will reach ours through the Internet.”

Abu Omar, 28, is part of an increasingly sophisticated network of contributors and discussion leaders helping to wage Al Qaeda’s battle for Muslim hearts and minds. A self-described Qaeda sympathizer who defends the Sept. 11 attacks and continues to find inspiration in Osama bin Laden’s call for jihad, Abu Omar is part of a growing army of young men who may not seek to take violent action, but who help spread jihadist philosophy, shape its message and hope to inspire others to their cause.

Though he does not appear to be directly connected to Al Qaeda, Abu Omar does seem to be on a direct e-mail list for groups sympathetic to Al Qaeda, making him a link in a chain that spreads the organization’s propaganda using code and special software to circumvent official scrutiny of their Internet activity.

As Al Qaeda gradually transforms itself from a terrorist organization carrying out its own attacks into an ideological umbrella that encourages local movements to take action, its increased reliance on various forms of media have made Web-savvy sympathizers like Abu Omar ever more important.

For example, this past Sept. 11, Abu Omar said, a link sent to a jihadist e-mail list took him to a general interest Islamic Web site, which led him to a password-protected Web site, then onto yet another site containing the latest release from Al Qaeda: a lecture by its No. 2 man, Ayman al-Zawahri, threatening attacks on Israel and the Persian Gulf. Abu Omar said he then passed the video to friends and confidants, acting as a local distributor to other sympathizers.

In recent years, Al Qaeda has formed a special media production division called Al Sahab to produce videos about leaders like Mr. bin Laden and Mr. Zawahri, terrorism experts say. The group largely once relied on Arab television channels like Al Jazeera to broadcast its videos and taped messages.

As you can see, thats how videos and audios are distributed in hopes of winning in the propaganda war. They smart.

Also, I hope you know that Al-Qaeda is sponsored by ISI, the pakistani secret services, who are working for the CIA?

Vitchilo, don't be talking nonsense about ISI is the branch of the CIA since its all Pakistani for Pakistan only.

That's not what he said, nice spin though. It is very well known that the ISI supports both the Taliban and Al-Qaeda. It also documented that the ISI and CIA formed a co-operative relationship during the Afghan-Soviet War.

"Official denials notwithstanding, Pakistan has provided the Taliban with military advisers and logistical support during key battles, has bankrolled the Taliban, has facilitated transshipment of arms, ammunition, and fuel through its territory, and has openly encouraged the recruitment of Pakistanis to fight for the Taliban....

Pakistan is distinguished both by the sweep of its objectives and the scale of its efforts, which include soliciting funding for the Taliban, bankrolling Taliban operations, providing diplomatic support as the Taliban's virtual emissaries abroad, arranging training for Taliban fighters, recruiting skilled and unskilled manpower to serve in Taliban armies, planning and directing offensives, providing and facilitating shipments of ammunition and fuel, and on several occasions apparently directly providing combat support...."

"Pakistan's army and intelligence services, principally the Inter-Services Intelligence Directorate (ISI), contribute to making the Taliban a highly effective military force."

"In March 1985, President Reagan signed National Security Decision Directive 166,...[which] authorize[d] stepped-up covert military aid to the mujahideen, and it made clear that the secret Afghan war had a new goal: to defeat Soviet troops in Afghanistan through covert action and encourage a Soviet withdrawal. The new covert U.S. assistance began with a dramatic increase in arms supplies -- a steady rise to 65,000 tons annually by 1987, ... as well as a "ceaseless stream" of CIA and Pentagon specialists who traveled to the secret headquarters of Pakistan's ISI on the main road near Rawalpindi, Pakistan. There the CIA specialists met with Pakistani intelligence officers to help plan operations for the Afghan rebels."

ATS is full of threads showing CIA involvement with the ISI to train the Mujahideen. Although this convenient by proxy association doesn't directly link Al-Qaeda to the CIA the writings on the wall.
