Now thats weird

How do you store electricity like this than be able to discharge it at will without killing yourself?

Looked like he was standing on a rubber mat to me.. That and his shoes means he's grounded himself and the electricity won't hurt him unless he touches metal or another electric line. It's a neat trick though!

I wouldn't rule out some kind of trickery here - but that said I have suffered with large amounts of static myself and have seen sparks leaving the ends of my fingers, so I guess this is possible.

I would say static electricity, combined with a possible fuel source, and of course air.

Nice parlor trick though.
