no we are aware of it, we also know he and his organisation has filled many many false DMCA claims for copyright infringment for his videos too which
are not only free but uncopywritten (well some are the $99 box sets are a right bargain and not free and are copywritten

)
were not saying he made money from his FREE videos (although he did ironically enough), thats how he found his audience of scientific illiterates to
sell his bs in
lectures and
accessories and dont forget all his
dino world profits that he been pretending was a church not a
theme park
$5 for a little wall guide to tell you how long adam lived and flip charts and other junk it all adds up quite nicely when he is getting a minimum of
$2000 per lecture and he does 3-400 a year(well did till he got locked up now his sons do), not to mention all those donations then all the sales of
the rest of his dvd's which arnt free to download and dont forget the extensivce book selections etc etc etc
merchandise merchandise merchandise!!!! and make sure it over priced!!! its disney land with god and dino's
so if he wasnt selling anything to anyone how did he get over 10 million dollars worth of realestate and bank balance since 1989, and this was after
he studied (

) or his Phd and taught 15 years of (

) science in school and well teachers just arnt that highly paid anyway
from information that made it into the puiblic sector he cleared AT LEAST $680,000 in 2002 without including the many direct donations (such as the
suggest $10 for his FREE dvd' if you pick one up at his seminars) so your looking at least 700,000 dollar clear net profit per year and this is a
VERY conservative estimate
Plus, there are some serious questions as to the validity of the case. It wasn't him not paying taxes,
yes it was
have you even looked at the actual charges?
it was taxes unreported by some employees, which is an entirely different thing.
umm no becasue that would make them responsible not
good ole Dr.Dino
i guess you didnt look at the charges then if your saying its his employees but first some history of kent and the IRS
you probabily dont know he was also done for tax evasion back in 96 (period 89-95) when he attempted to falsely declare bankruptcy to get away with
his loot, and that was just for an IRS estimate of $10,000 a year and a look at his books to find the correct figure, as he hadnt filled tax returns
for 6 years stating he worked for god had no property no debts no overheads and made no money
strange the IRS managed to impound a 1989 GMC van, 1987 Mercury Grand Marquis and a 1984 Honda all registered in his name if he didnt own a
thing...
and then in 2006 for the period 95-97 he was AGAIN done for tax fraud this time they had a realistic idea of his earning and he owed $504,957.24
so now on to the most recent
ye it did involve his employee's but was not becasue of them or somthing they did, its again becasue he wasnt paying taxess he should have
12 counts of not paying federal income, Social Security and Medicare taxes for his employees which HE was legally obligated to do as the employer,
then claimin he didnt have to pay as they were volunteers and ministers of his supposed church ministry that isnt
then there were a whole pile(45 within a year) of them (hovind and wife) making dubious cash withdrawls from the *cough* ministry account but that
money then disappearing almost as if kent and wife had kept it for them selves as cash amounts to avoid bank records .... which i why all payments
were under $10,000 and numerous withdrawls were made one right after the other so large amounts were withdrawn as cash but none were above the level
the bank have to report it
and 1 charge of filling false law suits, making false claims for compensation and various other misdeeds done in the name of keeping all that money
his
In count 58 against Kent includes filing a frivolous lawsuit against the IRS, demanding damages for criminal trespass, filing an injunction
against an IRS agent, making threats against investigators and those cooperating with the investigation, and filing false complaints against the IRS
for false arrest, excessive use of force and theft.
theres nothing quetionable about the charges, the only uestiuonable thing is why didnt he learn his lesson the other 2 times?
