IS conspiracy theory Big business?

I dont know how much does the conspiracy theory generates but after 9\11 i guess it could be a billion dollar industry? or it just loss making alternate entertainment?
the gaming ind is atleast $20bill and the porn ind is $57bill,hollywood is $15bill(i think).

Im sure anything that attracks a lot of attention can be big business.
(Be it negative, positive, etc.) There will always be those few that will know how to market it and do so.
