This is just odd. Tennessee has a tax stamp that coc aine or marijuana dealers and trafficers can buy, completely outside the legal system, and minimize their fines after being caught. It is a clever, though unorthodox way of collecting taxes, but I am eondering if the feds find the same ways to benifit from illegal drug trafficing, keeping them from wanting to legalize them.

That's pretty wierd, though a creative way to further tax people.

If they just legalized drugs, they could tax all of them far easier.

and they could also take the money out of the hands of felons and put it into the hands of legitimate business-people
and drugs would become much less dangerous to their consumer base
