Well guys, this thread's been going on for a cpl. years I see. all starting with an unlikely proposal that the American people would give up they're
guns, to people from Britain reminding us that we didn't do anything when they instituted the Patriot act, which he was right by the way it really
was the biggest kick in the balls our Constitution ever had. and on another hand we've had someone decrying that we'd all be happy if Democracy
ruled the earth and every country in it. This is where I got all bent out of shape and just had to reply.
First of All America is not a God damn Democracy. Never has been and if were all lucky never will be.
read your history books people Democracy is not a new idea and so far has never once in all of world history ever been a successful form of
Government. In fact Democracy has been used as a tool to take down successful Government's throughout history, and it will take down ours if we
don't realize it's the brainwashed mindset that were a Democracy that is our problem. Read the founding fathers comments on it in the federalist
papers, There you will find they were very explicit in they're warnings what would happen if we ever embraced it as a form of Government. here's a
quote from the founding fathers that might shake your timbers a bit.
.
Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts and murders itself. There was never a democracy that did not commit suicide.
John Adams, Letter, April 15, 1814
US diplomat & politician (1735 - 1826)
.
You will not find one quote from any one of the founders of this Nation endorsing Democracy as our form of Government. We are a "Constitutional
Republic". and the difference between a Republic and a Democracy are night and day.
A republic is Rule by Law, (the Constitution)
A Democracy is rule by majority (Mob Rule)
further more there is no point or purpose to a Constitution if the Mob can over rule it with a majority vote, so there is no purpose for a
Constitution in a Democracy, however A Constitution is the essence of a Republic, where the Government is permanently restrained by the law of the
Constitution, not boundless by the whims of a majority.
We have 2 choices people, We can keep our Republic, or we will lose it to an Oligarchy tyranny by the elite, as has happened absolutely every time in
the history of the world Democracy has been used as a model or form of Government. They have many fooled into believing that a Global Democracy will
save the world, but not me.
I know History, and I know better. All the problems we face in this Great nation and our brothers across the ocean too. It's not this thing or that
thing, or even a little of this or a little of that thing, whatever it is. It's one awful thought, that a majority of the earth's population
actually believes Democracy is the way to the future for mankind.
As John Adams just pointed out in a quote from him above, We have wasted our fortunes and we have exhausted our resources, we are now about to commit
suicide If we do not rise to the occasion as our fore fathers did. For if we dare to even think about handing over the controls of our individual
Nations of this earth to a Global Democracy, We have committed the ultimate in Global suicide.
The American Constitution is a Remarkable living Document that guarantee's freedom, Liberty, and Justice for all People and they're posterity. The
world would do a lot worse with anything less than the sheer perfection of the American Constitution and we would be a far better example of this if
our Government and our own people actually followed it, instead of proclaiming and teaching the ignorant people of this world that we were a
Democracy, follow our lead.
Whatever Nation, and Whomever you are, wherever you are. If you live in a Democracy, I suggest you prepare. There has never been nor will there ever
be a successful Democracy, and history says that tyranny has always followed, which is the sole and only purpose why the Writers of our Constitution
mandated that we have the right to keep and bear arms. They knew, They absolutely knew that we would have difficulty in keeping Democracy at bay. and
Thomas Jefferson told us himself.
"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants".
