I was looking at the Canada Food Guide and doing some reading and it seems that most people, on average, only get three veggie servings, and consume white, bleached grains.

So, have a peak at the guide and what say you? Do you get the daily requirements of veggies & fruits? the right amounts of whole grains? protein?
