Alien Interrogation?

About halfway down, it talks about a man named "Victor" having a tape of an alien interrogation:

In July 1996, a man named Victor came forward and said on Art Bell's Coast to Coast AM radio show that he had a videotape of an alien interrogation. He said that he copied the tape and smuggled the copy out of Area 51. The video showed the head of an alien in a dark room, possibly using telepathy to communicate with military personnel and scientists[12] and was eventually included in a documentary entitled Area 51: The Alien Interview.

And I am aware that under the picture of the "alien" that it says its from a movie... the movie is the documentary titled Area 51: The Alien Interview that "Victor" made

Yes this is a well known case, the "alien interview video" has been discussed many times here on ATS. There is still no conclusive answer on whether or not the footage is fake or real. Here is a link to the video
