If you've read this entire thread, you would realize that general concensus is that the videos I linked to in the origional post have been dubbed over. I have yet to find the authentic video in question.

The first one is a helicopter landing besides waiting police cars??? on the ground.
The second one is the same helicopter taking off again, police cars gone.
It's obviously a helicopter.

The UFO with the flashing blue light, it looks like I see a cockpit, a nose, wings, a rudder (blue light), It looks like a jet fighter on an airport runway.

Nope, not a cell phone.

Remember, this footage has been in circulation within the UFO community since about 1989.

That fact, and quite a few other interesting points, were included within the detailed report by Canadian representatives of MUFON (Tom Theofanous & Errol Bruce-Knapp in 1994/1995) that I mentioned in this thread a few days ago.
