Oh come on people! The US tops the league when it comes to this stuff! Probably due to the lack of travel the average American does. I wouldnt call them stupid though, stupid is someone who puts his hand in the fire. I would call them 'ignorant of information that has nothing to do with them'.

When Argentina invaded the Falkland Islands, 90% of British people had no idea where it was, though looking at it in context, when someone sticks a flag in Australia, just coz its called France on the map, sheesh, thats dull!

I cant seem to find any videos of other nations being caught out like this. Anybody else find any?

Oh...and if we have any doubt about the average Americans intelligence out of the 300 million thats there. Think about this...

They voted George W. Bush into office!! TWICE!!!!!!!!!!

Now thats plain stupid.

EDIT: But I must add, the Americans I have met, have all been nice people and thats all that counts! I dont mean to sound anti-US. So sorry if I do!
