I just came across this article and it made me think about the lacing of darts with poison and how effective they can be.

Dec. 13 SRINAGAR, India (Reuters) - Police battling Islamic separatists in disputed Kashmir have found bullets coated with lethal chemicals at a rebel hideout, they said on Saturday.

"We recovered a pen-pistol and 25 cartridges. When one of our men tried to remove the cartridge inside, it emitted fumes and he felt dizzy and became unconscious," K. Rajendra, inspector general of police in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir, told Reuters.

"We have sent the pistol and bullets for forensic examination. Initial tests reveal the bullets are laced with a neurotoxic substance," he said, describing the weapon as lethal at short range.

Most likely this is something given by CIA to Mujahediin in 1980s..

Pencil-gun..

For assassinations..
(For Soviet VIPs..)

Poison bullets for 100% kill as pencil-guns really do not 'pack a punch' of anykind..

Or then by Pakistani secret services..
(Given to rebels to kill Indian VIPs..)

Anyways many of these men now fighting in Kashmir are the same as those back in 80s fighting Soviets in Afganistan..

Actually did they really?

Russian army wasnt defeated in battle field..

Just like in Nam US wasnt either..

Also what did Afganis win?

Their war never stopped, it still goes on today..

It started in 1979..

And no end in sight..

Btw,

How does this actually relates to the topic?

I was just quessing from who they got the poison bullets..

Jeffrey, your shyte is quite off topic.

~I would but that's not the point. I wanted to ask Fulcrum in particular because he was the first to mention it. I wan't to hear what he thought about it. And he told me.

"The seizure comes four months after the Indian army said it had information that Islamic militants in Kashmir knew how to build crude chemical weapons but had no proof."

Does this make sense?
Aren't the chemicals a bit too dangerousfor these bullets to be 'home-made'?

Actually no?

Anykind of 'oil(ly)' kind of poison can be 'painted to the bullets'...

And it can turn into fumes over time..
(If its humid and warm..)

And these jokers also play with liquid explosives..
(Bali..)

And these are dangerous as hell!!!
(Also..)

Just like Americans in Nam, Soviets went to Afganistan fought battles and then pulled out..

In good order.. after 10 years of fighting..
(Soviets just lost much less men and machines that US did..)

And left the locals to sort things between themselfs..

And actually this northen alliance which is now allied with us is the remains of the Afgani Soviets.. so it seems that good old USSR and it allies will be victorious in the end..

Also US is now fighting in Afganistan against its former allies/products.. the Mujahediin/Taleban/Al-Qaida..

And US did lose Nam, as communists did finaly took over the whole shyte and Cambodia and Laos too..
