I can see in that picture that it had a running track, and the complex around it meant it was probably Olympics, and then looking at the stadiums on Wikipedia, then finding it on Google Earth got it. Oh I had nothing to do this morning.

SteveR, that is definately a Martian Soul Collector. Or possibly a Jovian Soul collector.

I swear. My first thought when I looked at this picture was "View from the obsevation table of a blue Alien Spacecraft.

Whoa.

Never thought of it being anything else until I scrolled down a bit to see "Athens2004" and went BACK to the pic and following instant recognition, said "Duh" out loud to myself.

Sorry for the diversion, I just had to share that weird 30 seconds in my life.
