It doesn't look like an alien much to me... More likely a child with a hood on or something similar... Just doesn't look like a real face to me, course I'm not a photo expert...

The hands are also very strange

This one's an oldie. I'm sure i've seen it here (and elsewhere) before. As I recall, it was originally a picture of a child, which had been altered after the photo was taken, to look "unworldly". If you look closely, you can tell that the "alien" head is an artist's rendition.

Ya I am thinking that the head looks kind of "drawn in" compared tot he rest of the photo. I say fake.

This is an old hoax picture.

It was made by superimposing/painting an "alien" head on a photo of a boy, a son of Hans Scheffler.
