This whole episode REALLY illustrates that there are a lot of crazy people out there who've been whipped up into a frenzy over a non-problem like this, mention 'mexican' and people just freak the heck out.

Well, as long as it's legal, this is just capitalism at it's best. This is a simple case of an unmet market demand, you have a section of a market that has a different currency and the restaurant is supplying a product for that currency. If the pizza place makes a few bucks on this, good for them.
And what is it with ragging on the Mexicans lately? It wouldn't surprise me to hear someone wanting to rename nachos to "freedom chips n cheese", I bet the French are glad their no longer in the crosshairs, "freedom fries"
