Has anyone been talking about the new mail regulations here?

I have been looking around in the forums, but haven't found a thread discussing it yet. Bush signed something into law recently that allows the government to read your mail without a warrant. I was not for sure which category this would fall under on this site, but was wanting to discuss the matter. Is anyone here concerned about this latest development? Did I miss the thread about it?
