Just what bush and his supporters dont want to hear. The democrats already asking for documents.

The justice department is refusing to turn over documents to the new congress. The documents contain information of the dentention and interrogation of suspected terrorists by the c.i.a.

Democratic senator patrick leahy said there is a chance that he will have to get subpeonas to get the documents.

I also heard a bbc report that the democrats plan on opening up an investigation into the 911 commission report and multiple other investigations into the crooked ways of this administration.

all i have to say is it is about damn time. i hope every single one of these guys gets exactly what they deserve.

Here is a part of the article:

The administration notified Leahy on Dec. 22 that it would not release a presidential directive signed by Bush authorizing the CIA to set up secret prisons overseas for suspected terrorists or a 2002 Justice Department legal memorandum outlining "aggressive interrogation techniques."
