Eastern Turkey 5.6 but reports are that it may be a 5.9

No reports on damage yet, But one to watch as the area is pretty weak structurally,

EMSC and USGS now have it as 5.7, as does IRIs, though USGS and IRIS report it as 5km depth.

Seismograms can be seen here, list of available, but probably best to use the closest one.

Heres is snippit of news on the Turkish Quake, looks like they got of lightly,

A moderate earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.9 shook southeastern Turkey on Wednesday, sending people into the streets in panic and slightly damaging some buildings.

The epicenter of the quake was the town of Sivrice in the province of Elazig, the Istanbul-based Kandilli observatory said. The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake had a preliminary magnitude of 5.7.
The quake caused great panic and slightly damaged a primary school as well as a post office, said Huseyin Saydam, the head of the local branch of the ruling Justice and Development Party in Sivrice.

laying on the couch yesterday i felt a small quake (3.2) hit the sf bay area. it felt like someone sat on the couch next to me. my cat thought so too.

This would be the one I assume?

yes, thanks for the info! i've been living in san francisco and pacifica now for 6.5 years and every single earthquake we've had have been single "jolts". no "shaka, shaka, shaka" types. just bursts of energy.
