This has been bugging me for a while, what's the difference between OOBE and conscious OOBE?

I believe the difference is that you have full control over an conscious OOBE. You control what you do and where you go, in an OOBE you do not.

I may be wrong and I ask the more learned to correct me if I am.

I have a question:
Alot of places I read about this it is generally written like "Astral projection and OBE's" so what is the difference between these two???
