if you ever see a higher-ups paycheck and it has a 13 followed by a bunch of zeros (usually about 23) look for the name www.io.com (also known as illuminati online)

I doubt that PrismNet has anything to do with the Illuminati. It simply bought a company which used that word in its title for whatever reason.

Illuminati has been used by many groups, not all of them are keen on taking over the world

They probably just used the name, nothing else.

Why is the OP making the connection between a 13, a set of zeros, and an ISP anyway?
