I rented Okami for the PS2 back in November and returned it a few days later and it still hasn't shown up as returned on my q'ed list. I think someone has probably stolen the game somewhere in between transit and wanted to play it for awhile.

Good thing there is an option to report a shipping problem. Word of advice> DO NOT just leave a movie or game from one of those mail rental type places outside your mailbox as someone driving by will see the return envelope and take it.
