Paris St Germain stretched their unbeaten run to five matches with a 3-1 victory over a Nice side still precariously balanced on the edge of the drop
zone.
A Pauleta penalty got the ball rolling for PSG with Jerome Rothen adding a swift second shortly before the interval. Sergei Semak then put the match
beyond all doubt in the second half with a Sylvain Armand own goal the only consolation for Nice, who remain just five points above the relegation
zone following the result. PSG, however, climb up three places to seventh in the Ligue 1 standings to leave them with an outside chance of playing
European football next season.
