Zab Judah became the undisputed welterweight champion of the world when beating fellow American Cory Spinks in St Louis.
Local hero Spinks, cheered on by over 20,000 fans, was floored in the ninth and failed to see out the round after Spinks followed up with a succession
The win was sweet revenge for Judah, who had gone down to a unanimous points decision when the pair first met in Las Vegas last April.
Judah claimed the WBC, WBA and IBF titles and took his record to 32-2, his only other defeat coming when he lost a light-welterweight unification
match against Kostya Tszyu in November 2001.
