Profits from the Open championships are helping again to fund projects around the world, the Royal and Ancient Golf Club announced.
Nick Faldo's Junior Series is one of the recipients - 30,000 being split between its European and Asian activities.
Duncan Weir, the R&As director of golf development said: "The R&A is committed to promoting and developing golf both nationally and
internationally.
"This aim will continue as we seek to encourage the expansion of the games playing throughout our sphere of governance."
The total annual budget available to the golf development committee and training panel is 4million.
Other awards include the Asia-Pacific Golf Confederation (25,000), British Amputee and Les Autres Sports Association (3,000), Caribbean Golf
Association (35,000 dollars), Colombian Golf Federation (10,000), Cyprus Golf Federation (5,000), English Golf Union (15,000 towards 2005 European
men's amateur team championship), Ladies Golf Union (130,000 for the 2004 Curtis Cup and 10,000 for this year's Vagliano Trophy), New Zealand Golf
Association (10,000), Scottish Blind Golf Society (4,000), St Andrews Links Junior Golf Association (10,000), Thailand Ladies Golf Association
(13,000), Uganda Golf Union (5,000), Venezuela Golf Federation (10,000).
