Implants in the High-up's

Im wondering if anyone out there knows if there is a screening process used to determine if presidential hopefuls, Generals or high ranking members of the US military and their peers in other alliance countries, may or may not have Implants. I know the question sounds silly but what better "IN" could you have if you were able to see,hear,and gather information in real-time from the source? (allot of alleged implants are located near the optical center of the brain are they not) And i'll bet dollars to doughnuts AL GORE is either a robot/alien he looks and moves like the robot from the movie "the day the earth stood still"

Well not a dumb question really.

I would not be shocked at alien implants but then again they may not be necessary.

there is soul posession and soul attachments and walk-ins and shapeshifters and ...

but it also gets stranger because I have heard that humans have made implants too, a little known fact. Although, I would not consider them to be as sophisticated as the alien variety.
