Danny Williams has set his sights on a world title fight with WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko. In a division shorn of star names Williams is
now hot property with former champion Evander Holyfield and British rival Audley Harrison both calling for the chance to fight him. But Williams
dismissed the prospect of taking on Harrison, claiming the 2000 Olympic gold medallist is no longer in the same league.
Danny Williams is set to fight Vitali Klitschko on December 9, according to reports from BBC Radio Five Live.
The Ukrainian is in Athens watching Amir Khan's Olympic semi-final contest and confirmed to the BBC that he was set to fight Williams, possibly in
Germany, towards the end of the year.
The British fighter's stock has risen significantly since his fourth-round knockout of Mike Tyson in Louisville last month, and is now set to meet the
reigning WBC champion.
