Atlanta, GA (AP) - The Atlanta Thrashers have agreed to terms with forwards Serge Aubin, Brad Larsen, Ben Simon and Kevin Doell. Terms of the deals
were not disclosed.
Aubin, 29, scored 10 goals and had 15 assists for 25 points last season. The 6-1, 200-pound Quebec native has collected 37 goals and 47 assists for 84
points and 282 penalty minutes in 300 NHL games with Colorado, Columbus and Atlanta.
He registered career highs with 13 goals, 17 assists and 30 points with Columbus in 2000-01. Aubin was claimed by Atlanta from Colorado in NHL Waiver
Draft in October, 2003.
Larsen was claimed off waivers in February by the Thrashers from Colorado. The 27-year-old had only two goals and two assists in 32 games with both
Simon collected three goals and 28 penalty minutes in 52 games with Atlanta last season after being re-acquired from Nashville in early December,
Doell spent all of last season with in the ECHL with Gwinnett, earning league rookie of the year honors with 33 goals and 41 assists for 74 points.
