Bush has also been utilized as a fullback, H-back and long snapper in his seven-year NFL career.
Bubba Franks, Green Bay's starting tight end, is eligible to become an unrestricted free agent after the 2005 season.
Bush started four games for the Cardinals last season and caught 11 passes for 71 yards and a touchdown.
The 29-year-old Bush spent his first four years with the Cincinnati Bengals before signing with Arizona midway through the 2001 season.
