(BBC SPORTS) - British super middleweight champion Tony Dodson has been forced to withdraw from his planned match-up with Carl Froch for a second
time.
Dodson suffered damaged vertebrae in a car crash on Tuesday, but is expected to make a full recovery.
"Obviously I am very disappointed, but my first thoughts are for Dodson's well-being," said 26-year-old Froch.
A suitable replacement is being sought for the Commonwealth champion, who is set to fight in Nottingham on 2 June.
