Ty Law, standout cornerback from the NFL's New England Patriots, was charged with 2 misdemeanors on Sunday. Law was flagged down by officers after an illegal lane change, but decided to speed off and then get out of his car and try to evade police on foot. Possibly a case of a big head, but no other information was available regarding substances in his body.

MIAMI BEACH -- New England Patriots cornerback Ty Law was arrested after he allegedly led police on a brief foot chase.

Law was driving his 2004 Rolls-Royce early Saturday morning in the South Beach section of the city when an officer flagged him down for a lane violation, Miami Beach police said.

Sounds like to me there is more to the story. He was caught in the past with ecstacy pills that he claims were a cousins. But no toxicology reports. Must be nice to be a high profile athlete.

Hrmm yea if he hadn't really done much wrong why did he do a runner? Does sound a bit suspicious.
