Liverpool midfielder Salif Diao says he may have to quit Anfield in a bid to find regular first-team football.Diao is currently on Afican Nations Cup
duty with Senegal but has made only five starts for the Reds this season and is beginning to feel frustrated at having to sit it out.
The 26-year-old joined Liverpool from French club Sedan in 2002 but has yet to live up to his £5m price tag despite 47 appearances.He knows time is
now ticking on his Anfield career and said: "I want to regain my place in the Liverpool side but this season Gerard Houllier has changed his tactics
and now only uses one defensive midfielder. That has made my life harder.
