Felix Trinidad Jr., who held world titles in three different weight classes before quitting 18 months ago, decided to end his retirement yesterday and has authorized promoter Don King to open negotiations with Oscar De La Hoya for a Pay-Per-View bout in the fall.
 

That news was a bandage for a sport that was bloodied by yet another fight-fixing scandal and assorted skullduggery in the last two weeks.

Yeah it will happen. Sooner rather than later. There's too much money to be made by both fighters for it not to happen.

Hard to say really. I mean trinidad has been off for almost 2 years and De La Hoya has been active. My money would be on DLH, but who knows.. if trinidad gets back to championship form then it would be a toss up.
